WEEKLY SERVICE: Weekly pond service keeps your pond clean and prestine! Heavy fish volume? Prize koi? Flourishing water garden? Tempermental filter system? Weekly visits ensure "ideal" conditions year-round! Go weekly and get the most out of your koi and water garden!
BI-WEEKLY SERVICE: Every other week service. Ideal for ponds equipped with adequate filtration, appropriate fish volume, and minimal aquatic plant maintenance.
MONTHLY SERVICE: Monthly service is great for small ponds or fountains. Although most ponds require bi-weekly service, you may choose monthly service if you don't mind algae build-up, tattered plants, clogged leaf baskets, and volatile pond health.
 
ONE-TIME SERVICE: One-time service is a standard service call that applies to new customers not interested in routine pond maintenance. One-time service is based upon the needs of the pond at the time of the requested service. Emergency calls, equipment problems, water treatments, koi illness, or vacation service are typical requests when opting for "one-time service." The costs for additives, koi medication and materials used are not included in our "One-Time" service rate.
CUSTOM RATES: Ask about our custom rates! Custom rates are unique to each pond. Custom rates are tailored to your pond's needs and your expectations on how you want your pond to look. Custom rates include the cost of chemical additives and consists of a flat monthly fee for pond service. Custom rates are very popular and are ideal for customers trying to budget their pond expenses. Custom rates include the cost of water additives. Repair, material, or koi medicating charges are not included.
GREEN SERVICE: Our "Green Service" is perfect for gardens, lawns, shrubs or trees in need of all-natural fertilizing in the form or pond water! Filter backwashing and rinsing uses your pond's water to clean your pond's filter media. Don't waste this precious water! Our "Green Service" reuses this water to feed your thirsty, nutrient starved landscape!
 
POND CLEAN-OUTS: Pond clean-out services include: A complete pond draining, temporary koi fish housing, complete pond powerwashing, 100% sludge removal, aquatic plant care, UV service, water conditioning, filter cleaning, leaf trap and basket cleaning, pond surface skimming, and a filter media bacterial treatment to jumpstart your pond's new ecosystem. "Clean-Outs" can be a very dirty job, especially if you've let your pond go without routine maintenance for an extended period of time. 'Clean-Outs" are recommended about once a year. "Clean-Outs" should be done before or immediately following the warmer summer season. Typical "clean-out" on a pond the size of a large jacuzzi or small pool, takes about 5-8hrs to complete.
TEAM SERVICE: Get the most out of your pond service with our "Team Service." Two technicians may be necessary, if you have a large pond (10kgal+), large koi, lots of aquatic plants, or are in need of extensive pond cleaning. Our two man team can get your pond looking great in a short amount of time. "Team Service" is quick and efficient. Weekly "Team Service," can earn you pond perfection! Team Service ensures all of our pond maintenance services with each visit.
